Nasüwünü-ti in Paiute means gathering. The goal of the Nasüwünü-ti Health Fair is to gather together to promote health and wellness in our community. Hosted by Toiyabe Indian Health Project, the event spreads awareness of and improves the health of our community by promoting the services and resources available at Toiyabe and partner health agencies that the community can take advantage of.
Participants can visit booths highlighting services and offering interactive activities like free screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and blood glucose; nutrition lessons, gardening demonstrations, health insurance education, and games, music, and raffles.
Offering fun for the whole family, we hope you will join us at our next health fair!
